Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor - Flex position in Lethbridge, AB. Part-time, hourly role delivering personalized beauty consultations. CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide relevant guidance
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and store organization to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators and sales goals
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all clients and team members feel empowered and respected
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Work flexible scheduling including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) with consistent punctuality
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service experience with demonstrated excellence in client relationship development
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong collaborative abilities and thriving in goal-oriented, inclusive team environments
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb product knowledge
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail, hospitality, or client-focused service background is preferred; however, demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty education, certifications, or formal training in cosmetology or beauty consultation is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
