Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Educate clients on beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor beauty trends and product launches to deliver relevant, current advice that encourages client loyalty
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Manage inventory and merchandising, ensuring the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong client relationships within a pleasant, retail-focused environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail
