Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Stay current with latest beauty products, industry trends, and emerging techniques to provide relevant advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators established by management
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleague development
- Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
