Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant for a permanent, part-time position (50% workload) at Serenada in Kraków. The role focuses on tailored cosmetics recommendations, sales targets, client relationships and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each client’s needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build client relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishment of shelf stock.
Qualifications
- Builds rapport easily with clients.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works collaboratively and strives to achieve team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on retail Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
