Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build lasting client relationships through service excellence and the Sephora Attitude framework
- Maintain product displays, shelving standards, and inventory organization
- Support team objectives and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, products, and current trends
- Commitment to full availability, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
- Team-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve collective goals
