Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics products tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels on the sales floor
- Work collaboratively within the team to support shared objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of beauty products and genuine interest in the cosmetics industry
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to work collaboratively toward team goals
- Full availability for shift work, including select Saturdays and Sundays
- English language proficiency at conversational level (preferred)
- Makeup application experience (preferred)
