Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics and beauty products aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and meet established sales targets through consultative selling approaches
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product display standards including cleanliness, stock replenishment, and visual presentation across store shelves
- Support team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve collective objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, cosmetics products, and current beauty trends
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments
- Full availability including scheduled work on 2-3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)
- Professional makeup application experience (preferred)
