Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets through consultative techniques
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive, quality service aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product cleanliness, shelf stocking, and category organization
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, products, and current trends
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective goals
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Full availability including select Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
