Sephora Krakow is hiring a Beauty Consultant (full-time) at Galeria Krakowska to advise clients, perform makeup and meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and makeup advice tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and brand standards.
- Maintain merchandising and presentation standards: cleanliness, product replenishment, stock rotation and display upkeep.
- Participate in store events, promotions and team initiatives; work scheduled weekends including selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry, current product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; experience with makeup application is an advantage.
- Strong team orientation with a results-driven approach and commitment to collective targets.
- Full availability for scheduled shifts, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays; willingness to work on site.

Experience
Entry-level position; prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred. Practical experience in cosmetic application or makeup demonstration is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
