Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations meeting individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Promote inclusivity and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented team culture
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility for peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; beauty certifications or cosmetic training not required but valued.
