Sephora seeks part-time Beauty Consultant in Katowice, Poland. Drive sales, build client relationships, and celebrate beauty with LVMH's luxury cosmetics leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through Sephora Attitude service standards
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelf replenishment, and uphold visual standards
- Support team objectives and collaborate across store operations
Qualifications
- Facility in building rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Knowledge of and passion for the beauty industry, emerging products, and current trends
- Team collaboration mindset and commitment to collective sales goals
- Full scheduling flexibility, including availability for selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays
- Communicative English proficiency preferred
- Makeup application experience preferred
