Sephora Katowice is hiring a Beauty Consultant (part‑time) at Galeria Katowicka — entry‑level retail role focused on sales, client advice and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual needs, skin types and preferences.
- Drive active sales and contribute to the achievement of personal and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through service delivered in line with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product presentation and merchandising standards, including cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
- Provide product demonstrations and basic makeup services where required; represent current beauty trends and product knowledge on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for building rapport with clients.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, including familiarity with current products and trends.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service; prior makeup application experience considered an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
- Availability for part‑time scheduling including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays as required.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Practical experience in makeup application is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) preferred; formal cosmetology qualification is advantageous but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.
