Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty trends, products, and innovations to clients
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators set by the store
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized shopping environment
