Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through consultative selling and product demonstrations tailored to skin type and needs.
- Educate clients on new launches and product benefits using demonstration and sampling to drive adoption and repeat purchase.
- Apply the Sephora Attitude and proven selling techniques to maximise basket value and contribute to store monthly sales and service KPIs.
- Support store operations including merchandising, tester maintenance, pricing, stockroom organization, cash desk duties and upkeep of the sales floor image.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by attending in-class and digital training (Sephora University, 360 e-learning) and act as a role model for grooming and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or prestige skincare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong consultative selling skills and clienteling techniques; comfortable performing live product demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; punctual and professional presentation in line with brand grooming standards.
- Commitment to continuous learning and participation in training programs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, with demonstrated success in cosmetics or prestige beauty environments and a history of achieving sales and service objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal certifications or vocational training in beauty, cosmetology or makeup application preferred.
