Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators within assigned shift targets

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or hospitality experience with demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service and build strong client relationships. Prior beauty or cosmetics retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education
