The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store. This is a permanent part-time role requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $16.60–$19.30 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
