Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through clienteling and effective selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
