Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty advice across makeup, skincare and fragrance to create confident, tailored customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and recommend routines and complementary items to drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage customers, upsell and promote Sephora services and the loyalty programme to achieve sales targets.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, secure cash area.
  • Receive, check and organise deliveries, support stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Replenish and maintain visually compelling product displays; remove expired or damaged items.
  • Support visual merchandising updates, promotional rollouts and in‑store activations.
  • Collaborate in team training, share best practices and contribute to a positive, service‑led store environment.
  • Participate in new store opening activities where applicable, including unboxing and stock preparation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service or store operations (cash and stock handling desirable).
  • Demonstrable passion for makeup, skincare and fragrance with hands‑on product knowledge and application technique.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational aptitude.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/carrying of stock as required.
