Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Geneva, Switzerland. Part-time (50%) temporary role, October–December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active customer support and personalized advice across all product departments (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrances)
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new arrivals to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product presentation
- Keep sales floor fully stocked and prepare merchandise for sale
- Manage warehouse storage and inventory handling in both stockroom and sales area
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent in French; basic English proficiency is advantageous
