Sephora Geneva seeks part-time Beauty Advisor (60%) for Corner retail position, September–December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver active client support and tailored beauty advice across all departments (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrances)
- Communicate product knowledge, trends, and new releases to clients
- Maintain product displays in compliance with visual merchandising specifications
- Ensure optimal stock levels across the sales floor and coordinate replenishment from the warehouse
- Manage product storage and inventory in both warehouse and retail spaces
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent client communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent French with English language notions
