Sephora Geneva seeks part-time Beauty Advisor (60%) for temporary seasonal role, August–December 2026. Beauty retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and tailored beauty advice to clients across all departments (makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance)
- Communicate in-depth product knowledge, beauty trends, and new product innovations to drive informed purchasing decisions
- Execute visual merchandising standards and product presentation specifications across the sales floor
- Maintain full inventory levels on the sales floor and prepare products for retail display
- Perform stockroom operations including storage, organization, and merchandise handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior retail, beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry experience
- Exceptional client communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, product categories, and current trends
- Fluency in French (English proficiency is an asset)
