Sephora is hiring a full-time Beauty Consultant at Riviera Gdynia on an indefinite-term contract. The role combines tailored cosmetics recommendations, active selling and sales-target delivery with customer relationship-building and product-display upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer's needs.
- Drive active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
Qualifications
- Able to build customer relationships easily.
- Knowledgeable about and interested in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Able to work collaboratively and pursue team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on retail Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
