Sephora Beauty Consultant, Gdynia — Full-time retail sales and cosmetics advisory role in selective distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and dispense cosmetics products aligned with client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build enduring client relationships through Sephora Attitude service delivery standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including product display cleanliness, shelf stocking, and inventory replenishment
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and brand offerings
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship building and consultative selling
- Demonstrated knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty sector
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Flexibility to work assigned weekend and Sunday retail hours (2–3 selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays)
- Communicative English language skills (preferred)
