Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant in Gdynia, Poland — full-time on-site role advising clients, driving sales and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on skincare, fragrance and make‑up solutions by assessing individual needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Drive active sales and contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised service aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
- Deliver product demonstrations and basic make‑up application when requested.
- Maintain visual standards and product displays: shelving, cleanliness and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and participate in store initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and long‑term client relationships.
- Genuine interest in the beauty sector, new product discovery and current trends.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup experience is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and focus on collective goals.
- Full availability for on‑site shifts, including the ability to work selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Practical experience with makeup application is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certificates in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry are a plus.
