Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, industry trends, and seasonal offerings to provide relevant advice
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
