Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences and tailored consultations that address each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Stay informed of the latest beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant recommendations
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
