Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide current, relevant advice and recommendations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
