Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in El Paso, TX—deliver personalized consultations, drive sales, $16.60–$19.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and repeat-business cultivation.
- Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels and the presentation of a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant advice and inspire clients.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies that ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment with demonstrable customer-service ability preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and merchandising tasks throughout a shift.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
