Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance
- Drive sales performance and exceed established key performance indicators and sales targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising execution, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Promote and foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among colleagues and clients
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Prior retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience demonstrating excellence in customer relations
- Genuine passion for beauty, makeup trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented environments
- Ability to quickly absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
Entry-level with prior customer service or retail experience preferred; no formal beauty certification required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; beauty-related education or certifications are beneficial but not required.
