Sephora Canada seeks part-time Beauty Advisor in Edmonton. CAD$17–$20/hr, flexible scheduling, employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across all Sephora Canada beauty categories to educate and empower clients
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all employees feel supported and valued
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Sephora Canada standards for safety and customer experience
- Provide reliable service during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team setting
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience preferred; those new to the beauty industry with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty industry certification or cosmetics training is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
