Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, innovations, and applications to empower their purchase decisions
- Monitor and maintain current awareness of beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support sales performance through client relationship development and exceeding store-level KPIs and performance targets
- Maintain store aesthetics through inventory management, merchandising support, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture that prioritizes client safety, security, and shopping experience
- Adhere to Sephora Canada policies, procedures, and operational standards in all customer and workplace interactions
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop meaningful client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current industry trends
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Entry-level or beginner; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client service environments preferred but not required for motivated candidates with demonstrated passion for beauty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal post-secondary education required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
