Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) in Edmonton. Hourly role delivering personalised consultations and driving sales (CAD$17–20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients to meet individual beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through clear, confident advice.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant and trend-forward guidance.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support daily merchandising, inventory tasks and store presentation to ensure a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles demonstrating strong customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
