Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques to empower confident beauty choices
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques, and seasonal collections to provide relevant advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through product recommendations and consultative selling
