Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods to empower purchasing decisions
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and relevant techniques to maintain relevance in client interactions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
