Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and maintain a clean, organized, customer-facing environment.
- Remain current on product launches, trends and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company standards and policies.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ensure punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it into client recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and reliably meet scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
