Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
  • Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
  • Adhere to operational routines and compliance.
  • Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
  • Control key retail figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, and CR.
  • Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
  • Maintain low sickness and employee turnover rates.
  • Support beauty classes and short services across departments.
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain assortment and merchandise.
  • Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
  • Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
  • Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
  • Assist with merchandising updates and inventory processes.
  • Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

Qualifications

  • Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
  • First experience in retail and customer advisement.
  • Fluent in English or the native language of the country.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with customers. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends. Strong team spirit and organizational skills. Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
