Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, applications, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and authoritative guidance
- Drive sales results while maintaining integrity, exceeding assigned performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture by promoting openness and ensuring all clients feel respected and welcomed
