Sephora Beauty Advisor - Flex position in Chicago, IL. Hourly role ($19.80–$22.90/hr) offering personalized client consultations and flexible scheduling 4–14 hours/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor industry trends, new product launches, and techniques to provide current, relevant beauty advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel empowered and celebrated
- Uphold Sephora policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality during assigned shifts, including peak retail hours and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Experience
Beginner-level retail or client-focused service experience is preferred, but candidates with demonstrated exceptional customer service and passion for beauty may also be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; educational background in beauty, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus but not required.
