Sephora Canada seeks flexible Beauty Advisors in Chatham, ON. Part-time/flex hours, CAD$18.20–$21.40/hr, with bonuses and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to deliver relevant and current advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators established by Sephora Canada
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and foster strong client relationships
- Uphold Sephora Canada's service standards and contribute to a safe and secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive team environment
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and effectively sharing product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to beginner-level retail or client-focused experience preferred; demonstrated ability in customer service and beauty advisory roles valued over years of experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent education; additional beauty or cosmetics certifications a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
