Sephora Canada seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor in Chatham, ON. Hourly pay CAD$18.20–21.40; deliver personalised consultations and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations and client education.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and merchandising.
  • Maintain visual standards, support inventory replenishment and assist with merchandising tasks.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new launches and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that prioritizes exceptional client experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance; ability to meet required weekly hours (full-time: 30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
