Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with client needs
• Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques to empower their confidence journeys
• Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and contemporary advice
• Support achievement of sales goals and key performance indicators through compelling product positioning
• Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment
• Foster an inclusive team culture and promote openness where all colleagues feel empowered
• Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience
• Meet required minimum weekly shift commitments and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
