Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and innovations
- Monitor and stay informed of emerging beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide current advice
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed assigned key performance indicators and sales targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative team culture that empowers colleagues and celebrates diversity
