Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journeys
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all clients and colleagues
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments with demonstrated ability to provide excellent service
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal empowerment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

Skills
Experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
