Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually on-brand.
- Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming client experience.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and a commitment to helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment is preferred and valued for demonstrating service aptitude and sales capability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary training in cosmetology, esthetics, makeup artistry or a related field is an asset.
