Sephora is hiring a part‑time Beauty Consultant in Bytom, Poland to provide product advice, makeup services and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on cosmetics and skincare solutions tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Drive active sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service aligned with the Sephora Attitude, building long‑term client relationships and clienteling.
- Perform makeup consultations and application services as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: replenish stock, ensure shelf cleanliness and attractive product presentation.
- Collaborate with the store team to support promotions, events and peak trading periods, including selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport with customers.
- Genuine interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, trends and product ranges.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service; practical makeup experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective targets.
- Availability to work part‑time hours including 2–3 agreed Saturdays and trade Sundays.
- Communicative level of English is desirable.

Entry‑level position; prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but candidates at the beginning of their career are welcome.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
