Sephora Beauty Consultant (3/4 time) in Bydgoszcz. Join the luxury beauty retailer driving client experiences and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Match appropriate cosmetics and skincare products to individual client needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain client relationships through service aligned with Sephora's brand values of inclusion and empowerment
- Maintain optimal product display standards including cleanliness, stock rotation, and shelf replenishment
- Demonstrate product knowledge and stay current with emerging beauty trends and innovations
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for beauty products and cosmetics trends
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Retail or customer service experience
- Willingness to work retail hours including 2–3 selected Saturdays and Sunday shopping days
- Collaborative team mindset with commitment to collective goals
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience in beauty, cosmetics, or adjacent sectors is preferred; however, motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal beauty or cosmetics training is a plus but not required.
