Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and restocking shelves.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, particularly on 2-3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.

Skills

Ability to build customer relationships. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Teamwork skills and a drive to achieve team goals.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
