Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on skincare, makeup, and beauty techniques to empower their confidence journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and exceptional client service
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and ensuring all clients feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused setting
