Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and proper application techniques through expert knowledge sharing
- Maintain current awareness of beauty trends, new product launches, and emerging techniques to provide relevant and compelling guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and stockkeeping duties to ensure an organized, welcoming retail environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
