Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations at the Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota. This full-time hourly position involves educating clients on beauty products and trends, maintaining store displays, and exceeding sales targets while fostering an inclusive shopping environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Promote inclusivity and foster a collaborative team culture
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
